I would NOT recommend buying a vehicle from Lakeshore Kia in Slidell, LA strictly due to their inadequate Service Department. I had a great buying experience 10 months ago when I purchased my car brand new from Lakeshore Kia in Slidell. When my check engine light came on at only 16k miles, I had a completely different experience with their Service Department. Collected quotes for a new telluride order from multiple dealerships in the area. Finally got one at MSRP. Contacted Lakeshore and told them I have an MSRP quote, if you can match it I'll order with you. Via email they said "Need you to come in, wouldn't be a wasted trip." I went in person and they wouldn't budge from 4k over MSRP.

My sales woman, Taylor Gibbs, was absolutely awesome! She was so helpful and fun. She was very knowledgeable about the car. She took her time to get it to a price I would work with. Before I left with my car, she took the time to make sure I knew what everything in and on it did.

My salesman Corey Bickham was an absolute professional. He answered all questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. Corey also did a technological demonstration in the vehicle as if he built it himself. I was very impressed. This is my 13th car purchase and by far the best and most rewarding experience I have had. Also, I got him to stop raving about the cars for a second and found out he is also a full-time student. He really has his stuff together. He sold this car, not the demo or the dealership.

I bought my daughter the car of her dreams last night. All went well until I realized this morning they did not give me a rebate of $1500 for financing through Kia. If I could select 0 stars I would. I have used this location twice for an oil change and both times something has gone wrong with my vehicle. The first time was in 2019 I came back to my vehicle after a long day of work while pregnant and all of my oil was on the ground. At the time I did not want to drive it due to not knowing if they had any oil left in my vehicle. Facility is clean. Personnel are professional and friendly. It was easy for visitors to park (youd be surprised how many dealerships dont have designated guest parking.

Bought a car in september, $15,000. Have had to take it back to the dealership 3 times, last Monday was the 3rd and tomorrow morning will be the 4th time. Lakeshore Kia salesman engage in fraudulent and deceptive sales practices. They told me I was paying MSRP for the vehicle and that a 6,000 add on was for taxes. I discovered a few hours later that they actually charged me 6,000 over MSRP and taxes on top of that.
Lakeshore Kia and our salesman, Sean, were both outstanding. Sean was very helpful and answered all of our questions without any issues. This made our decision to move forward with Kia very easy. We love our new Telluride!!
Overall the experience was what I had expected. I was hesitant at first about paying over MSRP but I understand the market. Khristy was very understanding of my family and job situation and was a pleasure to work with.
Knowledgeable, courteous and helpful . Ashley was so professional and kept in touch, even after. I will be in touch for next several years when I will again look for another Kia.

I liked this dealership because they didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. I went in with my own financing and I looked up what was available on their website. They had those cars ready for me to look at. Their waiting room was clean, and pleasant. All the people were friendly. If I had to buy another car I would consider Lakeshore Kia.

I am very disappointed with the bargaining tactics of your dealership. Original negotiations your people were using data on the Sorento SX Limited Edition. We were confused because we based our research on th SX model.
